Dividers make it possible for your readers to orient themselves as to what they have read or seen. One enclosed divider on your site can be copied any number of times without increasing the size of your pages. So besides giving your page an attractive divider, you also hold down the size of the page. These dividers can be re-sized before using.
The enclosed Dividers/Rules were done in Photoshop 3.0 and and converted to gif files ready for use on your web-site. I have used both Dingbats and Wingdings to get the forms , in many cases.
